  • Signature Dishes: The menu evolves seasonally but has featured items such as Scarlet 'Carabineiros' giant prawns sautéed with lemon confit and coriander foam, Grilled Octopus with sweet potato (a local staple), and premium aged Portuguese steak. More adventurous options have included Fried Moray Eelwith Algarvian carrot aioli and Wild Boar Loin.
